Fairness Hearing Update
The Fairness Hearing will take place via Zoom. The Court has provided instructions for class members who wish to attend the hearing in this letter.
Class members who wish to attend the hearing must contact Vice Chancellor McCormick’s chambers (302-255-0527) in advance of the hearing to obtain the meeting identification number and password.
